GST: Lewin Digital is not registered for GST, and therefore GST is not charged on any invoices.

1. Payment Terms

• Payment is due within 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment must be made in full by bank transfer or any other method specified on the invoice.

2. Late Payment

• Lewin Digital reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate of 2% per month until payment is received in full.
• The customer is responsible for any debt collection costs, legal fees, or additional expenses incurred in recovering overdue amounts.

3. Service Cancelation

• You may cancel any marketing or IT service at any time with no lock-in contracts.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Advertising spend for platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Fastmail subscriptions is billed separately and is non-refundable once charged by the respective provider.

4. Ownership of Goods & Services

• All products, deliverables, or digital assets supplied remain the property of Lewin Digital until full payment has been received.
• Until payment is made in full, Lewin Digital reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or withhold access to any services, materials, or intellectual property.

5. Liability

• Lewin Digital will exercise due care and skill in providing services. To the extent permitted by law, Lewin Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from services provided.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

6. Amendments

Lewin Digital reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available on this page.
