GST: Lewin Digital is not registered for GST, and therefore GST is not charged on any invoices.

1. Payment Terms

• Payment is due within 14 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment must be made in full by bank transfer or any other method specified on the invoice.

2. Late Payment

• Lewin Digital reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate of 2% per month until payment is received in full.
• The customer is responsible for any debt collection costs, legal fees, or additional expenses incurred in recovering overdue amounts.

3. Service Cancelation

• You may cancel any service at any time with a minimum of 14-days written notice in advanced.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Advertising spend and third-party subscriptions are non-refundable.

4. Ownership of Goods & Services

• All products remain the property of Lewin Digital until full payment is received.
• Lewin Digital reserves the right to suspend access to services until payment is made.

5. Liability

• Lewin Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Nothing limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Warranty

• All workmanship is warranted by Lewin Digital.
• Third-party products are covered by supplier warranty only.

7. Amendments

Lewin Digital reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
